Thank you for shopping with Stylin' & Profilin'! We take pride in delivering quality custom products made just for you. Because our items are printed on demand and created specifically for each order, we handle refunds and returns a bit differently than traditional retailers.
Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.
EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a request directly through your customer account or by contacting us at Contact@StylinProfilin.com. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
What We Cover
We will gladly provide a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged — Printing errors, tears, stains, or shipping damage
- Your item is defective — Quality issues with the print, fabric, or construction
- You receive the wrong item — Wrong design, size, or product type than what you ordered
Your order is lost in transit — Package confirmed lost by the carrier and not delivered
What We Cannot Refund
Because each product is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size selection (please review our size charts carefully before ordering)
- Color variations due to monitor display differences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers beyond our control
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at [your email address] or through our Contact page.
Step 2: Include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (required for damage or defect claims)
Step 3: We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Step 4: Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation of your refund or replacement. No need to return the item — you can keep it or donate it.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Replacement orders ship with the same production and delivery timeline as a new order
A Note on Sizing
We want you to love how your new gear fits! Since we can't accept returns for sizing issues, we strongly encourage you to:
- Review the size chart on each product page before ordering
- Check measurements against a garment you already own and love
